Altruism in 2021

I painted this back in my NYC illustrator days for the cover of the Pomona College Magazine for an article headlined "Altruism 101"

Altruism is defined as a concern for the well being of others.

Now more than ever, with the lockdowns, testing and the recent fear and rage shown in the USA this week, I felt compelled to share what is for me an image that projects kindness, love and respect.
