A work I did a few years back for the Penn Stater. This
Image and it’s original title are both relatable in these times
of the pandemic.

Looking for Lost Time
There is no doubt that Covid is affecting our wellbeing. The virus is unsettling and the isolation of being in a quarantine is depressing.
Going to a grocery store or drugstore becomes stressful. Many people find themselves filling their days and nights with unhealthy habits such as eating too much or drinking too much in these times.
Here are some ideas to stay healthy:
Maintain a routine. Sit outside with your morning coffee if you can. Think about what things in life you have to be grateful for. Try getting up and going to sleep at the same times every day. Try some kind movement, biking, hiking or walking every day even if it’s only a few minutes.
Stay connected Call a friend on the phone. Have a zoom family meet. Talk to your neighbors outdoors and on walks.
Be in the moment. Draw, paint, play a musical instrument, meditate, shoot hoops, do yoga or go for a walk… it’s important to take a break from the negativity in the news.
Say Domani. Domani is Italian for tomorrow. You don’t always have to get everything done. Sometimes just leave the dishes for tomorrow. Do the best you can each day and remember tomorrow is another day.
